Our Discover level wines are premium wines that aren’t available in our stores.  These wines are targeted at those just learning to appreciate the differences among the varietals.  The Enthusiast level wines are also premium wines, but targeted at those with a more well-developed palate and appreciation for the subtle differences in the more refined varietals.

Yes, but currently we are only delivering to addresses within the state of Ohio.  Any purchased subscription will continue until cancelled by you through the My Accounts interface.

You may choose from reds, whites, or one of each for the subscription period, but you cannot select a type or particular varietal.  What makes our wine club truly unique is that we hand select from a variety of grapes and vineyards; allowing you to explore tastes you may not otherwise have opportunity for.  We endeavor to pleasantly surprise you with each delivery.

If your shipment becomes damaged in transit and is beyond acceptance, please call our Wooster Milltown store at 330-345-5908 x2960 for replacement.

Your account is accessed through the My Account menu item.  When you click this item a Login page appears asking for your email and password.  Under the Login button of this page is a link titled Lost your password?.  Clicking this link will direct you to a page where you will be asked for your email address and provided a Reset Password button.  This will generate an email to you with additional instructions for resetting your password.

To order additional bottles of a particular wine you’ve received, please stop by your local Buehler’s store and speak to the Wine Lead. They will be happy to order the wine for you.  Be sure to let them know you are a Wine Club member.

Each subscriber to our club is provided an account and login credentials.  The account is accessed through the My Account menu item.  Your email address functions as the Username and the password is that which you entered during checkout.  Once logged in you are directed to your account page and presented with a menu of options on the left side of the screen.

Once logged into your account page, you will find the Subscriptions menu item on the left side of the screen.  Selecting this option updates your page with a list of your subscriptions.  Choose the subscription of interest by clicking the appropriate View button on the right.  Once the screen has displayed the subscription details , you may click the Upgrade or Downgrade button to modify the type of wines you receive.

If the card used for the initial purchase of your subscription is expiring, being cancelled, or simply does not have sufficient balance remaining for the next renewal payment, you can change the payment method through your online account interface. From there you can Delete previous methods and Add new ones.
